💻 What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Machine Learning (ML) Engineer Intern to join our dynamic team. As an ML Engineer Intern, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing machine learning solutions to drive business growth and improve our products.

💪 What You’ll Do

Craft voice‑optimized prompt flows: Design conversational flows that account for natural speech patterns, pauses, and multi‑turn dialogue optimized for voice-only interactions. Ensure prompts are clear for TTS pronunciation by explicitly spelling out email IDs, phone numbers, and dates.
Implement agentic architecture and hierarchical workflows: Build finance AI agents that coordinate sub‑agents (e.g., Research Agent, Finance Agent, Editor Agent) organized into scalable hierarchical-sequential flows.
Continuous prompt refinement & iteration: Use LLM feedback loops to detect hallucinations, improve prompts, and set up pipelines for A/B testing, versioning, and QA tailored to financial use cases.
LLM expertise and optimization: Fine-tune leading LLMs (Google Gemini, OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude) and optimize system performance to ensure low latency and high efficiency in financial AI applications.
Grounding & retrieval true‑fact enhancement: Integrate RAG with enterprise knowledge bases or financial APIs to maintain factual accuracy and limit actions to finance-specific interactions.
Voice integration & prompt‑tech stack collaboration: Work with engineering teams to integrate prompts with speech recognition, LiveKit voice infrastructure, and telephony APIs while ensuring real‑time responsiveness.
AI Solution Development: Develop and optimize AI components like OCR models, intelligent chatbots, and automated approval systems to support financial workflows.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in LLM and AI technologies to drive innovation.

🕵️‍♀️ Who We’re Looking For

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
0.5 - 2 years of industry experience in Machine Learning, Statistics, or LLM fine-tuning and prompt engineering.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Extensive experience in Python programming and back-end development.
Proficiency with cloud platforms like Google Cloud.
Experience launching ML products in production.
Passion for AI and its transformative potential in business.
