Educational Qualifications: Eligible Final Year Students from the Class of 2026 ONLY.
Degree Type: B.Tech / B.E.
Major Specialization: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems.
CGPA: Minimum 70% in the last semester OR CGPA of 7 on a scale of 10 with no pending backlogs.
Certifications: Optional but advantageous if available.

Ensure software is developed to meet functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements.
Design solutions with maintainability, ease of integration, and testing built in from the outset.
Gather and translate internal and external client requirements into technical design specifications and business process re-engineering.
Code solutions, perform unit testing, and ensure seamless integration into internal banking applications and systems with robust and well-tested interfaces.
Participate and contribute to delivery/release (CI/CD) events such as branching timelines, pull requests, issue triage, merge/conflict resolution, and release notes.
Document models and findings, and support data collation and processing for development and delivery.
Perform proof of concept to implement new ideas or mitigate risks.
Ensure execution and delivery meet expectations regarding functionality, quality, performance, reliability, and timelines.
Collaborate with global development teams and business partners across APAC, EMEA, and AMRS regions, translating business and functional requirements for banking, trading, and markets.
Identify, escalate, and resolve incidents and issues promptly.

Hands-on experience across the full software lifecycle including requirements analysis, coding, testing, and deployment.
Strong understanding of development and testing practices and design patterns supporting complex applications.
Fundamental knowledge of programming languages, data visualization tools, application frameworks, distributed systems, and databases.
Basic proficiency in at least one of the following: Java, C#/.NET, C++, or Python.
Familiarity with Agile methodology, Process Improvement, Excel, and JIRA.
Knowledge of Linux/Unix environments.
Ability to handle ambiguity, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing priorities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
