Join the founding team to design and launch a digital platform for the Private Credit industry.
Own components of the platform and ensure robustness and scalability.
Drive High-Level Designs (HLDs) and Low-Level Designs (LLDs).
Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and define specs.
Mentor peers on effective coding practices and standards.
Conduct detailed code reviews ensuring quality and performance.
Ensure system security, performance, and reliability through testing and optimization.
Participate in agile ceremonies including code reviews and sprint planning.
Own the platform’s success and deliver outstanding value to customers.
Explore new domains like generative AI with curiosity and openness.
Stay current on the latest tools, trends, and technologies.

0–1 years of experience in backend development with proven capability in building scalable systems.
Proficiency in at least one backend language (e.g., Python, Golang, Node.js, Java).
Strong understanding of relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Elasticsearch) databases.
Familiar with RESTful API design principles and multi-threading/concurrency.
Excellent object-oriented design and familiarity with design patterns.
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Knowledge of Test Driven Development and microservices architecture.
Understanding of serverless and event-driven architectures (e.g., AWS Lambda, Azure Functions).
Familiar with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
Bonus: Contributions to open-source or active developer community involvement.
Experience or interest in LLMs and AI technologies is a plus.
