Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: Engage in the collection, processing, and analysis of large datasets to derive actionable insights. This includes understanding patterns, trends, and anomalies within the data to support business strategies.
- Data Reconciliation: Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data across different systems by performing reconciliation tasks. This involves validating data from multiple sources to maintain data integrity, which is crucial for reliable decision-making.
- Insight Generation: Transform raw data into meaningful insights that can drive business growth, improve customer experiences, and enhance operational efficiencies. Use both qualitative and quantitative methods to interpret data.
- Business Understanding: Apply a business-first perspective to data analysis. Understand the business context, objectives, and end-user needs to ensure that the data insights are relevant and impactful.
- Communication: Effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Create visually appealing and clear reports or dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or SQL.
- Project Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, IT, and management, to align data solutions with business goals.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and querying.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools.

- Strong problem-solving capabilities with a knack for solving complex data-related issues.
- Ability to analyze, model, and interpret data sets.
