About Your Role
- Design & Development: Contribute to scalable data infrastructure to
support business needs.
- Full-Stack Expertise: Work across the stack, focusing on back-end,
databases, and cloud environments.
- AI Agent Systems: Experience or willingness to learn Virtual Agent
or AI agent systems.
- Cloud & DevOps: Develop and deploy cloud-based solutions on
AWS/Azure for reliability and performance.
- Data Stack Optimization: Build and optimize data solutions using
Postgres, ClickHouse, and Elasticsearch.
- Infrastructure as Code: Automate infrastructure provisioning with
Terraform.
- Monitoring & Performance: Set up server monitoring with Grafana to
ensure system health.
- CI/CD Pipelines: Build and manage Jenkins pipelines for continuous
integration and delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve technical challenges and deliver
impactful features.
- Continuously improve system performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to evolve the tech
stack.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a startup or product-first company is a plus.
- Proven expertise in database design and system architecture.
- Strong knowledge of ClickHouse or similar columnar databases for large-scale
real-time queries.
- Hands-on experience with Elasticsearch or similar for indexing and searching large
datasets.
- Proficiency in backend programming languages such as Python and Go.
- Experience in RESTful API design and development.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud
infrastructure.
- Experience with performance tuning, data modeling, and query optimization.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
