Ability to adhere to timelines while delivering responsibilities.
Exposure to scripting, shell commands, and familiarity with at least one programming language (C, C++, Python, or Java).
Experience with productivity tools like Excel, Wiki, or ability to learn them.
Understanding of the finance domain is an added advantage.

Address queries from the trading floor and other front-office entities on data and software owned by Core Tech.
Build and maintain reports and metrics related to data accuracy and software performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional operations and technology teams to solve problems and identify improvements.
Work closely with developers to fix critical business issues, documenting and tracking changes in production.
Drive requirements and organize documents related to operational activities and new initiatives.
Escalate issues to developers that require code changes.
