Support cloud and DevOps teams in day-to-day activities as a fresher.
Focus on learning foundational cloud skills and assisting with basic configuration and support tasks.
Observe enterprise IT best practices under close guidance and mentorship.

Assist with routine setup, configuration, and monitoring of Azure/AWS resources.
Support user access requests such as creating, modifying, or deleting access in cloud portals.
Shadow and document troubleshooting for simple cloud issues (VM startup failures, quota limits, etc.).
Participate in deployment processes and team meetings to understand project goals.
Help maintain documentation like installation guides, FAQs, and runbooks.
Follow checklists for daily health checks of basic cloud services.
Learn DevOps basics including CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automation jobs.
Attend trainings and seek mentorship proactively.
Report issues or unusual findings to senior team members promptly.

Basic awareness of cloud computing concepts (server, storage, networking, etc.).
Interest in learning Azure or AWS and exploring cloud consoles.
Willingness to follow instructions and standard operating procedures.
Clear written and spoken English for collaboration and documentation.
Proactive approach to training and self-learning.
Ability to follow checklists, ask questions, and stay organized.
Knowledge of security auditing policies, authorizations, and objects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good multitasking skills for resolving issues efficiently.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Self-motivated to improve technical skills.
Ability to work independently or within a team.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
