Responsibilities
- Responding to user queries in a timely and accurate way.
- Identifying user needs and assisting users in utilizing specific features.
- Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions.
- Setting up the tool in the user environment.
- Debugging and troubleshooting issues.
- Escalating and monitoring issues that require major changes to the development team.
- Sharing feature requests and effective workarounds with team members.
- Informing users about new features and functionalities.
- Following up with users to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
- Gathering user feedback and sharing it with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Project management skills.
- Excellent internal and external stakeholder management skills.
Desired Qualifications
- Graduation.
- Graduation from an engineering background is preferred.
