Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related IT technical discipline
Proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C++, JavaScript) and a willingness to learn new languages as needed
Understanding of computer science fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
Reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work
