Role Overview

  • Hiring Graduate Trainees for a growing fintech organization.
  • Location: Chennai, India.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to build job-specific skills.
  • Understand and apply the software development life cycle in project work.
  • Complete as many IT certifications as possible.
  • Be proficient in multiple programming languages.
  • Write and debug code effectively.
  • Use Microsoft Office applications (including Project) at an expert level.
  • Have familiarity with various software and hardware.
  • Assist in software testing and support activities.
  • Debug and troubleshoot software and applications.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation.
  • Assist in maintenance and upgrades of existing software.
  • Learn and adapt to new technologies and programming languages.

Required Experience

  • Engineering graduates with 0–1 years of experience.
  • Preferably B.Tech/B.E Computer graduates (2024 or 2025 batch).
