Responsibilities
- Work as part of cross-functional, passionate agile development teams to ensure quality is integrated throughout the development process.
- Demonstrate high motivation and a self-starting attitude.
- Plan, develop, test, debug, and refactor new and existing functionality.
- Gain deep domain knowledge in business intelligence and data analytics.
- Analyze user requirements and convert them into code.
- Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot both front-end and back-end code.
- Proactively identify problems and contribute to system architecture definition, hardware/software specification, and design.
- Collaborate within a team using agile methodologies.
- Work with experienced team members to conduct root cause analysis, review code, and perform unit testing.
- Develop highly scalable and high-performance applications.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to deliver high-quality products.
- Stay updated on technological developments and current software development trends and practices.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal and technical skills in engagements.
Qualifications
- BE/ME/MCA in Computer Science or related fields.
- Strong applied experience, including building, breaking, and rebuilding applications.
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming principles, data structures, algorithms, and SQL.
- Experience with one or more of the following:
- Java core
- .Net/C#
- JavaScript and related frameworks
- HTML/CSS
- Relational databases
- Basic knowledge of building and consuming SOAP and REST services.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
