The Software Integration Team ensures that different software systems, platforms, and applications within an organization work seamlessly together.
Their primary responsibility is to integrate diverse technologies and ensure smooth communication between systems to achieve business objectives.

Position: Associate Software Engineer - Merchant Integration
Responsible for supporting merchants in isolating, diagnosing, reproducing, and fixing technical issues promptly.
Identify root causes of product defects and collaborate with developers for resolution.
Requires motivation, self-learning ability, and a sense of urgency.
Must be passionate about solving complex technical problems and ready to take on challenges.

Work directly with developers, merchants, and internal teams on pre-integration and post-integration issues to provide technical support and best practices.
Address technical queries related to payment APIs, plugins, and transactions.
Communicate technical issues to merchants and internal departments effectively.
Provide timely resolution and Level 1 support using product knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
Enhance the merchant experience by resolving technical issues efficiently.
Analyze logs to identify common trends and escalate issues to the product team promptly.

Batch: 2024/2025 preferred (B.Tech/B.E in CS/IT).
Ability to explain complex information clearly to non-technical personnel.
Skills required:
- Logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Up-to-date technical knowledge and deep understanding of product/process.
- Interpersonal and customer care skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Accurate record keeping and attention to detail.
Knowledge in web development using one or more: Java, JavaScript, C, C++, C#, VB.NET, PHP, or Python (preferred).
Any Bachelor's degree (Technical degree preferred).
