Education Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Full-time Degree or equivalent.
Who You Are:
- As a Software Engineer for developer productivity, you will be contributing to the development and/or maintenance of DevOps capabilities for Pega Platform teams.
- Active participation in various initiatives such as development best practices, quality, learning, etc.
- Good understanding of any programming language and design.
- Good knowledge of SDLC, data structures and algorithms.
- Knowledge of AI, ML, and Generative AI is an added advantage.
- Experience working on projects related to Java and Generative AI is an added advantage.
- Code, Build, and Release management using GIT, Jenkins.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of the Pega platform (optional).

- Work as part of a collaborative Agile team working in a SCRUM model surrounded by fun-loving, talented engineers.
- Work with Product owners and other stakeholders along with the team members to design and build exciting features into the product.
- Active participation in technical discussions to advance the capabilities of products and resolve complex issues.
- Ensure that the delivered work meets functional and technical requirements and quality standards.
- Debug and maintain the existing code base.
- Document and follow development standards for all coding.
- Unit test code to ensure technical requirements are satisfied.
- Ensure proper documentation and knowledge transfer of information.
- Stay on schedule with assigned tasks and be productive.
- Work on complex issues to design and develop high-quality software.
