Job Description
The Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) program provides recent engineering graduates with hands-on experience in manufacturing. Trainees will be deputed to our state-of-the-art solar module facility in Jaipur or Solar Manufacturing Cell or Module at Dholera.
Under the guidance of senior engineers, GETs assist in production, quality control, and maintenance, working across departments to gain technical skills and understand manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day production activities.
- Identify and resolve issues to enhance efficiency.
- Assist in quality inspections and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Contribute to process improvements.
This program aims to develop strong foundational knowledge for a successful career in manufacturing. It prepares trainees for long-term careers, equipping them with practical skills and knowledge needed to succeed in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
