Excellent practical knowledge of technologies like Java and JavaScript
Knowledge of Spring Boot and UI frameworks (React or Angular) is a huge plus
Strong knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate)
Proficiency in software engineering tools like Eclipse and Git
Ability to understand and program complex logical problems
Excellent troubleshooting skills and problem-solving abilities
Good interpersonal skills to collaborate with both senior and junior team members
