Minimum Qualifications :
- Educational Qualification: B.Tech/MCA
- Experience with MVC frameworks like Spring and ORM tools like Hibernate.
- Excellent understanding of OOPS concepts, microservices, and Java programming language.
- Programming experience in relational platforms such as MySQL and Oracle.
- Knowledge of non-relational platforms like DynamoDB/MongoDB (NoSQL) is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, and XML is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and effective communication abilities.
- Experience with agile development methodologies, preferably Scrum.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and build extremely reliable, scalable, and high-performing web applications for clients.
- Review and understand business requirements, ensuring development tasks are completed on time and thoroughly tested with minimal defects.
- Collaborate across the company and interact with customers to define, design, and showcase new concepts and solutions.
- Work with other developers to ensure client needs are consistently met.
- Engage in a rapid and agile development process to enable quicker time-to-market while maintaining appropriate controls.
- Implement robust development and testing standards to ensure the quality of deliverables.
