Job Summary

  • International Voice Process (Work From Office)

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide customer support via phone calls for international customers in English.
  • Resolve customer queries and requests efficiently.
  • Manage customer expectations and ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Document customer interactions for record-keeping and follow-up.
  • Use computing and technical expertise to respond to inquiries.
  • Review customer feedback and take proactive measures to improve service.
  • Guide customers on how to use company services effectively.

Job Brief

  • Address customer problems, inquiries, and complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Provide support via phone, email, or chat.
  • Identify and escalate issues requiring supervisor intervention.

Qualification and Experience

Shift and Allowances

  • US rotational graveyard shifts with split week-offs.
  • 9.5-hour shift including 1-hour break (rotational shifts).
  • Cab service available both ways if within transport boundary.
  • Maximum Age Limit: 40 years.
