Job Description :
We are looking for a motivated Java Developer Fresher to join our team. In this role, you will learn and work with Java to develop efficient and scalable software solutions. You will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities:
- Writing clean and maintainable code
- Assisting in the development and testing of applications
- Collaborating with team members to solve technical challenges
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Good understanding of core Java concepts
- Basic knowledge of databases and version control tools (a plus)
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn and ability to work in a team
Eligibility:
- Students graduating in the year 2025 with degrees such as:
- Bachelor of Engineering (BE)
- Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech)
- Master of Engineering (ME)
- Master of Technology (M.Tech)
- Master of Computer Applications (MCA)
- Eligible streams include Information Technology, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, and related fields
- Must hold citizenship, passport, or permanent residence in the United States, United Kingdom, or Canada
- Willing to relocate to the United Kingdom, United States, or Canada after training
- Should have scored above 60% throughout academics with no backlogs
Additional Information:
- Shortlisted candidates will be provided with an internship opportunity during their final semester
- There will be a two-year service agreement upon joining Virtusa, with a one-year waiver if pursuing higher studies
