Job Overview:

We are seeking a Frontend Web Developer to contribute to talent management platform development. The role involves collaborating with ML/AI Engineers, product managers, and UX designers to build seamless front-end interfaces integrated with robust back-end architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Front-End Development:
  • Develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces using React, Vue, and similar frameworks.
  • Collaborate with designers for intuitive UI/UX implementation.
  • Optimize web pages for performance and accessibility.
  • Develop dynamic and interactive JavaScript experiences.
• Rapid Prototyping & Iteration:
  • Develop quick prototypes, gather feedback, and refine solutions.

Qualifications:

• Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 2+ years of professional experience as a Frontend Web Developer.
  • Experience in building projects from scratch (0 to 1 development preferred).
• Core Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Vue, Tailwind.
  • Experience with animations, interactive JavaScript, and jQuery.
  • Back-end knowledge (Node.js, APIs).

• Soft Skills & Mindset:
