Cloud DevOps Engineer
What You Can Expect
- The DevOps team ensures the reliability, scalability, and performance of Zoom’s key
services.
- These services include Zoom AI Companion, Live Transcription & Translation, Advanced
Whiteboard, and more.
- Work in a high-impact environment, collaborating with Developers, Infrastructure
Engineers, and Product teams.
- Deploy and manage services across multi-cloud and on-premises environments for high
availability.
About the Team
- Zoom is transforming collaboration with AI and cloud solutions.
- Seeking a DevOps Engineer to optimize and maintain Zoom Gateway and AI services.
- Responsible for enhancing CI/CD pipelines, automating deployments, and improving
system observability.
- Collaborate with Developers to drive service maturity and participate in 7-day
on-call rotations.
What We’re Looking For
- Certificate in Computer Science or related field with junior to mid-level
experience.
- Experience leading large-scale cloud infrastructure Ansible automation projects.
- Proficiency in scripting with Python, Golang, Go, or Shell.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes in multi-cloud and on-prem environments.
- Familiarity with Terraform or other Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools.
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, and ArgoCD.
- Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools like Prometheus, OpenTelemetry,
Grafana, and ELK Stack.
