- 1-4 years of experience in troubleshooting operating systems, hardware, and software (preferred)
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
- Experience in Office 365
- Good logical ability and time management skills
- Smart approach towards incident management
- Ability to communicate with overseas customers and solve problems using remote tools like Microsoft Teams, WebEx, etc.
Key Responsibilities :
- Installation, configuration, diagnosis, and resolution of technical issues related
to Microsoft products, including:
- Microsoft client operating systems (Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10)
- Email (Outlook)
- File & Print service
- MS Office
- Various business applications
- Installation, configuration, diagnosis, and resolution of technical issues related
to technology peripherals, such as:
- Desktops
- Thin clients
- Laptops
- Printers
- Scanners
- Migration and deployment of desktop and laptop builds as per company standards.
- Communicating with overseas customers and solving desktop-related problems using remote tools like Skype for Business, WebEx, etc.
- Supporting desktop maintenance and security maintenance, including virus updates and patch management.
- Interacting with technical personnel at various levels and addressing technical issues with non-technical associates.
