Zycus is hiring BE / MBA 2024–25 graduates as Trainee Product Technical Analysts.
A Walk-In drive will be held on 22nd November, 2025 at the Zycus office in Mumbai, SEEPZ, Andheri East.
As part of the US Delivery Team, you will work with global customers to support AI-driven procurement solutions and serve as a subject matter expert on Zycus Procurement Performance and Spend Analytics applications.

Serve as Trainee Product Technical Analyst for Zycus Procurement Applications (Source to Pay).
Work on all aspects of the Zycus Support Desk and act as the first point of contact for customer queries or issues via email, chat, or call.
Collaborate with the Technical Account Management Team to ensure timely deliverables and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with multiple internal and customer-side teams to resolve issues efficiently.
Contribute to best practices, process automation, and knowledge sharing to enhance customer experience.
Participate in and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Evaluate and propose innovative solutions and workarounds for customer requirements.
Work efficiently with Zycus product configurations, Incident Management Tools, and MS-Excel.
Provide strong technical understanding of Zycus products and demonstrate how they meet customer business needs.

Education: MBA/Engineering Graduate (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science, Chemical, Mechanical, Electronics, or IT.
Experience Level: 0–1 years.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to work 24×7 shifts.
Flexible and enthusiastic with a strong desire to learn new tools and techniques to solve business problems.
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to learn, multitask, and work with priorities.
Salary: INR 4,50,000.
