Digital Marketing Associate

• Completed undergraduate (UG) degree in any stream
• Analytical knowledge to solve basic mathematical and logical problems
• Familiarity with Excel functions
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Strong attention to detail in editing content and identifying root causes of issues
• Good at problem-solving, data analysis, and troubleshooting issues related to content editing

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform marketing operations to improve the visibility of content on Amazon Prime Video
• Understand and quickly adapt to marketing tools and operation workflow tools
• Continuously learn new program features and enhance content editing skills
• Follow editing SOP to identify and correct errors in content
• Conduct content quality checks to ensure user experience and format quality
• Utilize software tools for quality audits, content editing, and data capture
• Monitor operations metrics such as productivity, quality, and delivery/latency SLA
• Ensure compliance with Metrics, SLA requirements, QA guidelines, and personal goals
• Collaborate with the team to suggest improvements for editing and QA processes
• Communicate with global stakeholders for status updates and escalations when required
• Work as an individual contributor
• Comfortable with MS Office and handling numerical data
• Attention to detail, good communication skills, and a professional demeanor
• Flexible to work night shifts and extend support during critical business requirements
