eNTrust Walk-in Drive 2024 – eNTrust is conducting a Walk-in to hire a Trainee – . The candidates with B.Com/BA/BCA/B.Sc/BBM/BBA are eligible to apply. The work location will be Chennai. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online and attend the walk-in drive between 03 – 07 September 2024. The details of eligibility and the Walk-in Drive venue are given below.

Detailed Eligibility

  • Under Graduates: B.Com/BA/BCA/B.Sc/BBM/BBA
  • 2024 Passed outs Only
  • Experience: Freshers
  • Shift: General Shift (9 AM to 6 PM)

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Abstract the key information from the lease agreements and populate it into the client’s application software.
  • Abstracting the critical data from the Multi-lingual Lease Documents and entering into the Lease Abstract Form.
  • Analyzing the Lease Data and Financial information, including CAM (Common Area Maintenance), Taxes, Insurance, and other Expense Recoveries.
  • Desk Top Audit / Expense Reconciliation / Recovery Analysis for CAM, Taxes & amp Insurance and present the Audit Findings to the Management Team.
