  • Product Knowledge: Acquiring comprehensive knowledge of the products or services offered by the company to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Handling Inquiries: Addressing customer questions related to product features, pricing, availability, policies, or any other relevant information.
  • Order Processing: Assisting customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and managing order-related inquiries.
  • Complaint Resolution: Resolving customer complaints and ensuring that customers feel heard and valued.
