Job RESPONSIBILITIES Details :

• Identifying, developing and implementing growth opportunities in existing and new markets.
• Building business relationships with current and potential clients.
• Must understand the clients needs and offer solutions. Should answer potential client questions, follow-up calls and respond to client requests for proposals as well.
• Ability to do product demonstrations via video calls and assist clients to set up their accounts based on their business requirements.
• Must make outbound calls to new clients and potential clients. Should work on conversion of free customers to paid customers through plan upgrades and improve customer lifetime value.
• Generate referrals and excellent reviews from clients.
• Helping clients with their account set up and enabling them to use the product in an efficient manner, thereby increasing product usage and valuable feedback gathered.

• Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with clients, presenting products and services, and negotiating deals.
• Networking: Strong networking skills help in building relationships and expanding the client base through referrals, industry events, and partnerships.
• Sales Techniques: Proficiency in sales techniques such as lead generation, cold calling, and consultative selling to convert prospects into customers.
• Product Knowledge: Thorough understanding of the bank’s products and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential clients.
• Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements while maintaining a win-win situation for both the client and the bank.
