IIFL Finance Mega Walkin Drive– GOLD LOAN MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Responsible for appraising the Gold Ornaments & verify KYC at Customers door step.
- Responsible to travel with in the assigned territory/cluster for disbursing loans as per the laid process.
- Coordinate with respective stakeholders for grievance handling related Customers, Disbursal, Process etc.

- Team Leadership: Recruiting, training, and mentoring the sales team. Sales Managers are responsible for building a high-performing team by providing coaching, feedback, and support to help team members meet their individual and collective targets.
- Sales Planning: Creating and overseeing sales plans and budgets, including forecasting and tracking sales performance metrics. Sales Managers ensure that sales efforts are in line with the company’s financial objectives.

- Gold Appraisal: Proficiency in assessing the value of gold collateral based on factors such as purity, weight, and market rates.
- Loan Processing: Ability to manage the end-to-end loan application process, including document verification, eligibility assessment, and disbursement.
- Customer Service: Strong customer service skills to address borrower inquiries, concerns, and provide assistance throughout the loan application process.
- Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements related to gold loans, ensuring that all lending practices adhere to legal and industry standards.
- Risk Management: Skill in evaluating the creditworthiness of borrowers and mitigating risks associated with gold lending, including default risk and fraud prevention.
