Job Responsibilities :

• Responsible for making samples available for use, checking quality of the samples before & after shoot .
• Maintaining excel data , generating reports for damaged & defective samples, & following up for replacement of samples.
• Getting the samples checked on the basis of QC report shared
• Ensure proper count of samples are provided for the respective shoot
• Implementing process, communicating & coordinating with various responsible teams to ensure shoot is not compromised.

Walk-in Drive at Naaptol–BACK OFFICE EXECUTIVE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Input and manage data accurately and efficiently into databases, spreadsheets, and software applications.
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and security by following established protocols.
• Process and manage various types of documents, including contracts, invoices, purchase orders, and reports.
• Ensure proper filing, organization, and retrieval of documents for easy reference.

• Attention to Detail: Thoroughly review and process documents, data, and information to ensure accuracy and precision in all tasks.
• Data Entry and Management: Proficiently input, organize, and manage data in databases, spreadsheets, and software applications.
