- Store Operations: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring it runs efficiently and smoothly. This involves managing inventory, stock levels, and visual merchandising.
- Sales and Customer Service: Driving sales performance and meeting sales targets. Providing exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Staff Management: Recruiting, training, and supervising store staff. Scheduling shifts and delegating tasks to ensure proper coverage and smooth operations.
- Performance Monitoring: Tracking store performance metrics, analyzing sales data, and implementing strategies to improve store productivity and profitability.
