• Enquire about a requirement for Demat & Trading Accounts while the customer is waiting to be serviced/ when customer has been serviced.
• Activating the Demat & Trading account by providing product demonstration.
• Greet and Re-direct customers to the appropriate counters based on their service needs.
• Build an understanding of the available products/services to answer general customer quires and share the product brochures/forms with the customers.
• Maintain a list of FAQ by customers and proactively seek clarification

Walk-in Drive at SBICap Securities –Equity Dealer -Responsibilities

• Communicating Intra-day Trading Calls And Investing Ideas To Customers.
• Monitoring Day To Day Operations At the Branch.
• Maintaining Regular Relations With Clients.
• Individually Operate Nse / Bse Terminals.
• Thorough Knowledge Of All Nse / Bse Rules & Regulations And Compliance.
• Ability To Advise The Clients From Time To Time Based On The Research advice.
