Medical Scribe :

Clinical Documentation: Assist healthcare professionals by accurately transcribing and documenting patient interactions, diagnoses, treatments, and medical procedures.

Medical Terminology: Develop a deep understanding of medical terminology, procedures, and healthcare concepts to ensure precise documentation.

Real-time Documentation: Effectively listen and document patient encounters in real-time, maintaining accurate and comprehensive records.

Process Associate :

Document Processing: Process and manage various types of documents, ensuring accuracy and proper organization.

Data Entry: Enter and update data into databases and systems with high attention to detail.

Quality Checks: Conduct quality checks on processed documents to identify errors or inconsistencies.

Process Specialist :

Process Improvement: Analyze existing document processing workflows and identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency and accuracy.

Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality of processed documents, conducting audits and ensuring compliance with standards.

Training: Train and mentor process associates, ensuring they are well-equipped to handle their responsibilities effectively.
