WALK-IN DRIVE AT WNS-BACK OFFICE RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Data Entry: Entering and updating data in various databases or systems accurately and efficiently.
• Record Keeping: Maintaining and organizing records, files, and documentation related to transactions, employees, clients, and other business activities.
• Administrative Support: Providing administrative assistance to various departments, such as scheduling meetings, handling emails, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing office supplies.
• Finance and Accounting: Handling financial tasks, such as processing invoices, reconciling accounts, preparing financial reports, and managing payroll and expenses.

Walk-in Drive at WNS–Sr Associate / Associate Responsibilities

• Client Interaction: Senior Associates and Associates often work directly with clients, building and maintaining relationships, understanding their needs, and providing support and assistance as required.
• Project Execution: They are responsible for contributing to the execution of projects, assignments, or cases. This may involve conducting research, data analysis, and preparing reports or deliverables.
• Team Collaboration: Senior Associates and Associates work closely with team members and managers to complete tasks and achieve project objectives. They may collaborate on various aspects of a project or support more senior team members in their roles.
• Research and Analysis: Conducting research, gathering information, and analyzing data to support decision-making, problem-solving, or project outcomes.

Walk-in Drive at WNS -Skills Required

• knowledge on Fares/ PRA/ CRA/ GDS/ Amadeus platform will be an added advantage.
• booking reservations, cancellation of reservations, fare calculations will be added advantage.
• Should be able to maintain the highest level of quality and achieving team targets as per the
• process specifications.
• strong geographical knowledge
• Should have good knowledge of travel model (capital, currency, fares etc.)
