Internship Details
- Duration: 6 months
- Type: Full-time, in-office internship
- Location: Bengaluru office

About the Role
- Position: Technical Writer Intern
- Responsible for creating high-quality documentation and resources for developers and customers
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and the customer success team
What You’ll Do
- Create and maintain technical documentation: user guides, how-to guides, integration guides, FAQs, and release notes
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and customer success teams to document new features
- Review, update, and improve existing content for clarity and accuracy
- Enhance documentation with visuals such as screenshots and short GIFs
- Ensure consistency with the HackerRank Documentation Style Guide

- Bonus: Experience with blog writing, documentation, or open-source contributions
- Bonus: Familiarity with documentation tools, project management tools (e.g., Jira, Linear), and visual content tools (e.g., Camtasia, ScreenStudio)
