Job Position:

Associate Trainee (50+ Positions)

Shift Time:

6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST (US Shift) - (Monday to Friday)

Compensation:

INR 3.21 LPA + Incentive*

Location:

WINWAY WORLD OFFICES, Vijay Nagar, Indore, M.P.

Eligible Degree & Branches:

MBA & B.E/B.Tech (All Branches)

Job Skills and Responsibilities:

Consult with hiring managers to understand job roles and ideal candidate profiles.
Responsible for full-cycle recruiting, including interviews, offers, negotiations, and candidate closures.
Self-screen resumes to understand profiles before marketing candidates.
Regular interaction and follow-up with Bench consultants to identify their needs and place them on projects timely.
Create a vast network of Prime Vendor, Account Manager, and Client Hiring Manager contacts.
Manage the complete cycle of Bench Marketing.
Maintain and grow business with existing and new client relationships.
