Create and develop eLearning modules for AspenTech software solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to gather content and conduct technical reviews.
Edit audio and video tracks while following eLearning development processes.

Develop new eLearning modules in English for AspenTech software solutions.
Work with global eLearning, Project Management, and Customer Support & Training teams to collect materials, create content, and perform reviews.
Produce online training packages, including editing audio and video.
Follow standard processes such as development lifecycle, version control, and quality procedures.
Contribute to additional training-related projects and assignments.
Be an effective and collaborative team player.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or related field.
0–2 years of experience in the chemicals/refining industry or in creating education/training content.
Excellent verbal and written English skills.
Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint.
Familiarity with modern eLearning technologies (LMS, MOOC, SCORM, Python).
Passion for education and digital learning.
Proven ability to work effectively in team environments.
Quick learner with adaptability to change.
