Job Responsibilities:

  • Utilise the best tool for our application architecture.
  • Participate in the DevOps incident management process.
  • Perform system administration tasks for the Windows/Linux environment.
  • Deploy software via an automated delivery pipeline.
  • Troubleshoot Dev/UAT issues and keep the infrastructure up to date with software patches.
  • Automate routine tasks using shell/Python scripting to improve organisational efficiency.

Required Skills:

  • Working knowledge of Windows & Linux systems.
  • Basic knowledge of Cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or others.
  • Basic knowledge of CLI, Bash, and scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash, Shell).
  • Basic knowledge of containerization (e.g., Docker, Swarm).
  • Basic knowledge of source control (e.g., GitHub).
  • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices and methodologies.
  • Keen interest in CI/CD & Automation.
  • Enthusiasm for solving interesting problems and a willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills (Great to Have):

  • Coding skills in any language.
  • IT infrastructure support skills.
  • Certification in Cloud or DevOps technologies.
