Minimum Qualifications :

Excellent knowledge of Java and APIs.
Good knowledge of JSP, XSLT, Selenium, and Unit Testing.
Review support tickets, perform RCA, and find solutions.
Insurance domain experience is an added advantage.
Ability to manually test the application before releasing tickets.
Experience with test reporting.
Excellent communication skills.
Exposure to Selenium is an added advantage.
Confidence to communicate and work directly with client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

Take ownership of customer issues reported by users and see problems through to resolution.
Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve system issues.
Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Handle issue fixes independently.
Provide daily status reports to superiors and collaborate with team members.
