  • Job Title: Software Engineer / Application Developer / Test Engineer

Training & Development

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives).
  • Learn and apply software development, testing, and analytics principles through training and mentorship.
  • Collaborate on designing, developing, testing, and deploying software solutions.
  • Create and execute test scenarios, report defects, and support functional, regression, and system testing.
  • Monitor data pipelines, resolve data quality issues, and build dashboards/reports.
  • Document designs, data flows, testing outcomes, and user guides.
  • Contribute to code reviews, automation, and continuous quality improvements.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and engage in continuous learning.

Required Skills

  • Basic understanding of programming or testing concepts.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Strong academic record in programming, analytics, or software engineering courses.

  • Familiarity with BI tools (Qlik, Tableau, Power BI).

  • Experience with Git or other version control systems.
  • Participation in coding bootcamps, online courses, hackathons, or open-source projects.
  • Exposure to software testing tools or certifications.
