Assist in writing flow diagrams, development, and testing of software applications
Collaborate with senior engineers to learn best practices and coding standards
Learn from feedback to improve skills
Show improvement & independence in understanding, coding, and communication skills
Conduct sessions with leads/teams on learnings twice a month
Report to office twice a week and meet with leads/team to clarify understanding/issues in person

Bachelor’s degree in engineering with no active backlogs at the time of selection process
Strong academic background in Java, Angular, JavaScript, and SQL
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
