• Gather client requirements for upcoming product releases.
• Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation.
• Implement and manage the online components of client events as needed.
• Translate client requirements into configurations in Cvent’s event management software.
• Communicate with clients to review initial implementations and make necessary adjustments.
• Offer suggestions to enhance implementation results and help clients achieve their goals.
• Record all client communications in Cvent’s CRM software.
