Education: Full-time graduation from an accredited university (Mandatory).
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, RESTful APIs, JavaScript frameworks (React/Angular), DevOps practices, database systems (MSSQL/NoSQL), SSIS, and Unit Testing frameworks.
Soft Skills: Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts and provide strategic input.
Agile/Digital Experience: Solid understanding of Agile methodologies with experience in task/sprint estimation.
