Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field)
Strong domain knowledge and technical orientation
Knowledge of OS, MDM, and Office-related issues

Handle issues/requests through ticketing tools within SLA timelines
Manage Voice and Non-Voice tickets simultaneously
Provide IT support to executive leadership and board members
Troubleshoot and resolve minor hardware/network/printer issues; escalate major issues to IT infrastructure teams
Knowledge of hardware: desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, projectors, and scanners
Work with PC/LAN software including Office 365 and internet browsers (IE, Chrome, Safari)
Set up and configure computer systems and applications
Troubleshoot issues related to MDM, OS, Office Suite, and browsers
Provide second-level support for desktops, laptops, thin clients, printers, and scanners
Support and troubleshoot business-specific applications
Handle user provisioning for various business applications (ERP)
Support new transitions, business migrations, and infra projects
Assist in technology rollouts, upgrades, and site consolidations
Utilize Knowledge Articles for issue resolution
Provide hands and feet support for scheduled IT activities
Install and configure hardware, operating systems, and applications
