Deepen relationships with Rural Banking accounts and ensure best-in-class service to customers.
Support Relationship Manager in identifying business owners/entrepreneurs in the defined catchment and assessing their business loan needs.
Drive client acquisition, build household-level customer relationships, and maximize lifetime value in each relationship to achieve organizational goals.

Manage zoning activity to map household needs in allocated villages and areas.
Conduct end-user checks post disbursal of loans while achieving monthly and annual group loan booking targets.
Assess client needs and generate new revenue sources through cross-sell opportunities based on lifestyle, risk profiling, and requirements.
Contribute to penetration of liabilities business in rural markets through lead generation and account opening.
Achieve individual and branch sales goals via new business sales, referrals, and account retention.
Encourage behavioral changes in customers to adopt online banking.
Maintain high collections efficiency through discipline and drive.
Monitor preparation of accurate loan and savings account documentation.
Coordinate with operations officer to ensure timely and accurate data entry.

Ensure compliance as per bank requirements.
Conduct field audits and customer verifications for high-quality accounts.
Gather market intelligence and benchmark against competitor best practices.
Recommend process changes to improve service efficiency and quality across the branch network.
Support implementation of livelihood advancement and community development initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Mathematics, Commerce, Arts, Science, Biology, Business, Computers, or Management.
