About the Role

We are looking for full-stack developers to help us build and grow Instahyre. Over the last few years, Instahyre has gained significant traction in the market with a lean team, serving hundreds of customers, including top startups like Swiggy, PhonePe, and Postman, as well as global corporations like Google, Amazon, Microsoft, Walmart, and Intel.

We are on a mission to build the world's best recruitment tool, and we need passionate developers to join us in achieving this goal.

Responsibilities

Work across the entire technology stack, including backend, frontend, and deployment automation.
Develop new features, improve them based on customer feedback, and scale them as usage grows.
Ensure high performance and security standards.
Continuously enhance technical knowledge across backend, frontend, DevOps, and user experience.

Expectations

Backend is primarily written in Python/Django, frontend in AngularJS, and database in MySQL.
Prior knowledge of these technologies is not mandatory, but a willingness to work with them is required.
Strong fundamental knowledge of computer systems and web systems.
Proficiency in at least one backend programming language (Python/Django is a plus).

Qualifications

Must have graduated or be graduating within the next month.
This is a full-time role, not an internship; students who have not yet graduated should not apply.
