Support existing integration solutions by being able to troubleshoot, investigate, and identify issues.
Work with Biztalk services and orchestrations to investigate and support failed jobs.
Create supporting documents for integration failures and integration processes.
Work with SQL Server to implement data-related data extracts.
Perform daily monitoring of batch jobs to make sure all jobs process normally.
Elicit integration requirements from the business, leading requirements gathering meetings where necessary.
Analyze the requirements to determine the system needs to fulfill those requirements.
Prepare integration use cases and lead walkthroughs to validate the documentation.
Provide 24x7 on-call support for automation processes.
Manage file transfer permissions and use them as part of batch integration jobs.
Set-up and maintain PGP encryption keys with customers.
Maintain and manage Single Sign On configurations.
Code automation jobs in JavaScript.
Stay up to date on industry and job-related trends and best practices, including reading relevant publications, articles, blogs, etc.
Other duties as assigned.
