Job Description

  • As a Technology Associate, you will work under direct supervision and be responsible for contributing to technology projects with global/local teams.
  • The program includes on-the-job training, mentoring, classroom sessions, and real-world exposure across departments.
  • Rotational assignments in areas like Engineering, Infrastructure, Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Infrastructure, Automation, Database Administration, etc.
  • Your role will be finalized through collaboration between you, iTAP sponsor, HR, and business advisors.

Your Role

  • Complete required classroom training and solve business case studies
  • Participate in 2–3 rotations within the Technology organization
  • Understand the full Invesco business model and growth strategy
  • Take part in cultural, technology, and management training programs
  • Collaborate with mentors, sponsors, and stakeholders
  • Coordinate and prioritize projects with a results-focused approach
  • Build long-term professional relationships through effective communication
  • Work with global internal and external stakeholders

Academic Requirements

  • B.Tech. (all branches), M.Tech. (all branches), and MCA
  • No backlogs allowed
  • Minimum 60% or equivalent score in 10th, 12th, and graduation
