Job Description

We are looking for an innovative Software Engineer ready to push boundaries, embrace new technologies, and make a lasting impact.
As an Associate Software Engineer, you’ll put your academic knowledge into experience by developing and executing software engineering activities.
You will focus on Agile Scrum methodologies and apply object-oriented thinking, software engineering best practices, and design patterns to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

Work from our Gurgaon office.
Develop and execute software engineering activities to meet IT standards for quality, reliability, security, performance, and architecture.
Learn and develop in C# .NET framework, MVC, and .NET Core.
Understand specifications, internal and external systems, product offerings, and apply LeadVenture standards.
Deliver well-structured, maintainable, and tested code.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology in Computer Science or IT from a recognized university.
Up to two years of experience with OOPS concepts, SQL, Data Structures, and strong analytical skills.
Flexibility to accommodate work demands including evening, night, or early morning meetings with overseas colleagues.
Willingness to be on-call during weekends or holidays as per the team's roster.
