Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn and support Leapwork’s automation platform by resolving customer queries.
  • Assist users in troubleshooting automation-related issues across remote systems and networks.
  • Conduct online Q&A sessions and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
  • Capture and share customer feedback to enhance product experience.
  • Escalate issues to the engineering and product teams for resolution.
  • Collaborate with customers, CSMs, Infrastructure, product, and engineering teams to ensure effective issue resolution.

Required Candidate Profile

  • Strong logical reasoning and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Team-oriented with a problem-solving approach.
  • Basic knowledge of automation or software testing concepts is a plus.

Eligibility Criteria
