Design and implement robust integration solutions to connect various systems and applications
Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure smooth system communication

Translate enterprise requirements into GenAI deployments—scope, code, test, and ship on aggressive timelines
Build REST/webhook connectors, event pipelines, and data syncs for CRMs, OMS, ERPs, and custom systems
Engineer GenAI workflows using LangChain, PGVector, and related tools
Design scalable, secure deployment architectures on AWS/GCP with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform/Helm
Monitor latency, token usage, and uptime; debug across logs, tracing, and databases
Create SDKs, playbooks, and IaC modules for repeatable deployments
Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Core Engineering teams to shape the roadmap

1–3 years of backend/integration development for SaaS or platform products
Proficiency in Python or Node.js (FastAPI/Django/Express) with strong REST API design skills
Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis)
Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes/ECS, and AWS or GCP
Familiarity with Git, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
Strong debugging skills for tracing requests and resolving bottlenecks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Familiarity with LLM/GenAI tools (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack) and vector stores (PGVector, Pinecone)
Experience with event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SNS/SQS)
Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform or Pulumi; observability stacks (Grafana, Prometheus)
Knowledge of security and compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001) and secrets management (Vault, AWS KMS)

Year 1: Launch 10+ enterprise deployments, build reusable integration SDKs, reduce go-live time from 4 weeks to 1 week
Year 2+: Lead a Deployment squad, shape platform extensibility, or move into Product/Platform Engineering
