Improve and create a modern and sophisticated platform using the latest Java & Database technologies, following the best practices of the industry
Design and develop secure, scalable server-side applications using the latest Java frameworks
Leverage software design patterns and the latest Java technologies

Solid understanding of Object Oriented Principles, Data Structures & Algorithms
Proficiency in core Java development including collections, multi-threading, performance, and monitoring
Practical experience of using Java frameworks such as JDBC, Spring, and Hibernate
Knowledge of core web technologies - HTML, JavaScript, XML, CSS, and Web Standards
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
