Position Overview

  • As a Trainee – Implementation Engineer, you will assist in product implementation and deployment for clients.
  • An entry-level role designed for freshers/recent graduates eager to learn and grow in client-facing technical roles.
  • Receive training and mentorship from experienced engineers while working on real-time projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in installation and configuration of Motadata products (onsite or remote).
  • Understand client requirements and support solution implementation under guidance.
  • Coordinate with senior engineers and internal teams for smooth execution.
  • Prepare documentation, reports, and project status updates.
  • Learn network protocols, Linux commands, and product functionalities.
  • Participate in client meetings, training, and demo sessions.
  • Provide basic technical support during client onboarding.
  • Ensure proper task handover to the support team.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of Linux, Networking, and Windows OS.
  • Good communication skills (verbal & written) in English.
  • Strong willingness to learn and adapt in dynamic environments.
  • Ability to grasp technical concepts and apply them practically.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Team player with problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with SNMP, TRAP, or basic networking concepts.
  • Exposure to web servers, middleware, or databases is a plus.
  • Hands-on Linux practice (via projects or internships) preferred.

  • Full-time, work-from-office role.
