Eligibility Criteria

Graduation Year: Only 2021 to 2024 batch students are eligible to apply
Experience Level: Freshers only; experienced candidates should not apply
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge in Manual Testing / Automation Testing
Communication Skills: Proficiency in English (oral and written)
Location: Candidates must reside within 30 km of the Madurai office

Terms and Conditions

Training Period: 6 months
Stipend: ₹8,000 per month during training
Employment Confirmation: Based on performance after training
Employment Bond: 1-year bond mandatory from DOJ; breach will require repayment as per company policy
Laptop Requirement: Candidates must have a well-functioning laptop for training
Work Location: K. Pudur, Madurai
Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days a week)
Additional Note: Food and accommodation are not provided by the company

Key Responsibilities

Learn and apply QA methodologies under senior QA guidance
Create and execute test cases based on functional and technical requirements
Report and track bugs using tools like JIRA
Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications
Participate in regression, integration, and system testing
Collaborate with developers to ensure quality throughout the development cycle
Understand project requirements and assist in test planning and execution

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Strong interest in software testing and quality assurance
Basic understanding of SDLC and STLC
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Familiarity with bug-tracking/test management tools is a plus
Knowledge of basic programming concepts is an added advantage

1. Written Test

2. Technical Round: Face-to-face interview with the Technical Team
